"If you wrong us, shall we not revenge?! (Shakespeare-Shylok) Have you ever felt like taking revenge? In William Shakespeare 'The Merchant of Venice' a key moment that shocked the reader was when Antonio agreed to forfeit a pound of flesh to Shylock if he didn't repay his bond. This moment was shocking, outrageous and fascinating. This moment was important to the text as a whole because Shylock and Antonio didn't like each other but still agreed on the bond, Antonio was willing to risk his life for Bassanio, and Shylock did not show mercy in claiming his bond.

Basic Body Paragraph x3

P-Point- The moment when Antonio agreed to the bond was shocking because Shylock and Antonio didn't get along.
E-Evidence- Antonio was a Merchant and Shylock made a living lending people money with interest. While Shylock charged interest, Antonio lent money without interest and scorned Shylock for doing so. He also spat at Shylock and called him "cut through dog."
E-Example-
(How the evidence prove the point)
Therefore, the reader is shocked to discover Antonio and Shylock can come to an agreement about money lending. It is also shocking because when Shylock calls Antonio out for the way he teats him, Antonio tells Shylock that he will spit on him and call him a dog again. This treatment is not unusual among people who make arguments.
L-Link-(Link back to my key argument)
With treatment like this from Antonio towards Shylock, and a promise to be just as cruel in the future, it is shocking that they both agreed to the bond

The reader was shocked when the reader read this part because of Antonio and Bassanio a really good friends in reality but who would put their lives in sacrifice for his best friend.

Antonio was willing to die for Bassanio because of Antonio new that he could pay back the money on the day of the bond with his money on his ships. Antonio was confident because he thought nothing bad would happen while Antonio's ships were sailing around the world. Bassanio neede money from Antonio but Antonio had no money on him so he made a bond with Shylock saying he will pay him back and if he doesn't have the money he will offer a pound of flesh.
